The simple ground rules for using this website and booking a session with me.

Using this website
All photos and words on this website are © Vanessa Griggs / Time Capsule Photography. Please do not copy, share or reuse them without asking me first.
The website links to other sites, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. I am not responsible for what is on them or how they use your information.
I take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but I cannot accept liability for losses that come from relying on it. Prices and details can change, so I confirm them when you book.
Booking time
Please try to arrive on time so we can make the most of your session.
If you are running late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
If there is very little time left when you arrive, we may need to discuss adding extra time at a small additional cost, if the schedule allows.
Payments
A 50% retainer is needed to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is paid in cash or by immediate EFT on the day of the shoot.
Photos are only edited and delivered once full payment is received.
Shoots outside Kraaifontein have a travel fee, depending on the distance.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If something comes up, I totally understand! The retainer is non-refundable, but I’m happy to reschedule if you give at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cake smash safety
While I do my best to create a safe environment, I can’t take responsibility for any allergies or reactions caused by ingredients in the cake.
Image delivery
Your edited photos are delivered within 14 working days of full payment, in a private online gallery or on a download link.
The number of edited photos depends on the package you booked.
Usage rights
I love sharing cute moments, with your permission. Unless you let me know otherwise, I may use a few images for my portfolio or social media.
